Welcome to our neighborhood in the Timberhill SE 1st Addition!

Located in northwest Corvallis between Forestgreen Avenue and Walnut Boulevard, adjacent to the Timberhill Shopping Center, and centered around Garryanna Street, the neighborhood is comprised of attached and detached houses, duplexes, and apartments.

Homes were built from 1972-1976, with some apartments built as late as 1979, by the Timberhill Acres Development Company. The Homeowners Association (HOA) was established in 1975, to be of perpetual duration. Park properties and common walkways were also deeded and conveyed from Timberhill Acres in 1977, and are governed and maintained by the HOA.

A small park with basketball court and benches, is located on Garryanna Street between Green and Terracegreen Places, and a larger, undeveloped park is situated one block north on the west side of Garryanna.

Leadership and management of the HOA is solely handled by volunteers within our neighborhood. There is a 5-member Board of Directors, an architectural review committee, and a parks/landscape committee.

Our neighborhood has remained a desirable location to live, through the active efforts of its residents and the HOA.

Volunteers are always needed for various positions. Anyone interested in joining a committee is encouraged to contact the corresponding chair or the HOA president.

Although certain Board positions require home ownership status, other committees are open to ALL residents in the neighborhood. If you enjoy living in the community, please volunteer!
